How to remove the hydraulic pump

Fellows,

I need some advise: I want to replace the hydraulic pump in order to get rid of the irritating warning signal after 30 secs. My accumulator (bomb) seems to be OK.

Is this device easy to access? How do I drain the system? How is the fan belt tensioned? Etc.....

Second question: can I replace the internal rubber parts? Or do I have to go for an exchange pump (250 EUR excl. VAT in NL, not Audi).

P/N 054 145 165 L same as A6. Those beasts sometimes get weak....
